By accessing or using www.goldenseekers.co.za any of its related blogs, websites or platforms (collectively, "the Website"), owned by Golden Seekers Services (Pty) Ltd (reg: 2019/108441/07) ("GSS"), you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions contained herein (the "Terms").
All rights in and to the content of the Website remain at all times expressly reserved by GSS.
Terms;
The company or office whom Golden Seekers Services offer placement services hereby noted as the 'Client'
The individual person(s) whom is making use of the placement services of Golden Seekers Services hereby noted as the 'Candidate'.
Golden Seekers Services Proprietary Limited hereby noted as 'GSS'.
Placement Fee;
The fee for permanent placements will be as below for all positions within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
This is based on the Candidate’s guaranteed first year’s gross package and is due when a candidate introduced by GSS is engaged in whatever capacity or where a candidate makes an agreement for the provision of services. The fees as set out are standard but in specific instances may be subject to discussion, for instance where volume or ongoing recruitment is concerned.
Our fee agreement is structured as follows:
GUARANTEED COST TO COMPANY PACKAGE PER FEE
All permanent staffing requirements 15 %.

Where the Candidate is not engaged in any capacity by the Client at time of introduction by the Client but is subsequently engaged in any capacity within 12 months from the date of the original introduction then the Client shall be liable for a placement fee as set out above.

Terms of Payment;
The terms of payment for permanent placements is within 7 days from commencement date of Candidate. On the day the Candidate starts with your company, we will send the invoice to the Client.

Our Guarantee;
Should the candidate leave the Clients employment during the first 90 days, for any reason what so ever, with the exclusion of unfair dismissal, we endeavor to replace the candidate at no additional cost to your company. If a replacement is not possible the Clients account will be credited with the amount of the original invoice which can be utilized against any future assignments. If a candidate is replaced under the original assignment, then the time period that the replacement candidate is employed will be seen as a continuation from the date the original candidate was initially engaged.
Liability;
Whilst the company shall use its reasonable endeavors to give satisfaction in providing services to the Client, it shall not be liable to the Client for any loss, damage, costs, claims or expenses incurred by the Client arising from or connected with the engagement of any candidate howsoever arising.
